Everyone has a story. Everyone's story is unique and different. What I've learned is that the story itself isn't very interesting, it's the journey that was taken to morph you into who you are today that I find most intriguing.
The biggest turning point in my life has to be getting pregnant. Being pregnant was the most horrible yet wonderful experience of my life. The worst part being the POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION. Being depressed at a time when you are socially required to be happy is even more depressing. I thought no one understood me. I thought I was a terrible wife and mother. Thankful that I had a strong support system and I was able to get the help I needed. Going through that I realized how much of a stigma women with Post Partum Depression receive. Since then, I've shifted my coaching to focus primarily on women, especially pre-postpartum women.
My passion for coaching stems from my desire to see people healthy and able to fully enjoy life! I want to be able to help everyone (young and old) realize their bodies' full potential. I want to show everyone that living a healthy lifestyle is easy and inexpensive.
