Eating different produce means you get to enjoy more health benefits thanks to the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants in these fruits and vegetables.

Spinach - Vitamins A & K

Carrots - Vitamins A, C, & K, and potassium

Broccoli - Vitamins C & K, and folate, manganese, & potassium

Garlic - helps lower cholesterol, and may help lower blood sugar and improve insulin sensitivity

Brussel Sprouts - kaempferol (helps protect against free radicals), Vitamins A, C & K, as well as a good amount of folate, manganese and potassium

Sweet Potatoes - contain roughly 4 grams of fiber, 2 grams of protein and a good amount of vitamin C, vitamin B6, potassium and manganese
