Why is accountability so important?

We are people pleasing by nature. Most (if not all) of us would rather avoid conflict than face it head on.

That being said, I can tell you with confidence, by having someone hold you accountable for accomplishing your fitness/nutrition goals you are more likely to surpass your goals than you are to sit back and regret the decision you made to even start.
